This is the first I have heard of thisOur office is closed for the holidays until Monday the 28th but I will get with them and hopefully have a response by Wednesday the 30th!
Enclosed is our record of service calls to this apartment Each time we have had a service tech out within a matter of days.They have said that the problem was the tenant had to many devices plugged in and drawing to much electrical current We have sent another tech out and on 3/3/ repairs were completed We are hoping this resolves the problem
