Crain 1 Corporation

I was contacted by Mr. *** this past December and we ended up agreeing on terms for 9 qualified solar appointments to be delivered by or before March 16th 2020 as stated in our contract which was signed on December 12th 2019. Not only was I lied to and promised an unachievable order, I only received “one” disqualified solar appointment that was covered in shade. The contract I had signed specifically stated that “nine” qualified appointments would be sent to me by or before the March 16th deadline. I had paid $1000 for 9 appointments and within our contract Mr ***’s firm has promised a full refund for “ANY” appointments not delivered. March 16th came and not a single dollar has been refunded to me, not only that Mr. has been unresponsive to multiple texts, calls and emails and will not refund me my initial purchase amount of $1000. The fact of the matter is Crain 1 felt SHORT of delivering their order of these appointments and now refuse to honor their part of the agreement we signed and refund my money.
