On December 31, Craig’s Heating received an email from [redacted] home warranty company My oncall technician called the the homeowner on 12/31/and on 01/01/with no call back I the office manager called on 01/02/and got ahold of the owner We made an appointment for 01/05/ My Technician went out at 8:am The furnace was working at the time of serviceHe asked what was the furnace doing when it was acting up She informed him that it would not always lite and would turn on and turn off right way He cleaned the flame sensor and test ran the furnace Furnace was working when he left We never got a call back stating there were issues until 4:14pm on 01/16/ Per protocol with our contract with [redacted] I advised homeowner to call and make a new dispatch with them The home warranty company made a new dispatch and assigned another company to go back out With the new dispatch the homeowner does NOT pay another service fee We did not collect the $service from the homeowner, the home warranty company collects the payment
I am rejecting this response because: We had service done by another company today they recommended a new furnaceNot a cleaningThe way you treat customers is unacceptable and should be noted to all that dare to hire your company for service
