They were extremely punctual, quick and friendly. They were also very informative about the procedures done.

I needed a qualified plumber to hook up a water line to a new fridge. Hansen's sent out Ryan the same day, He completed the job in a timely manner and used high quality material as per my wishes (copper pipe vs plastic and steel braided vs plastic). As part of his service call, he also did a complete review of the plumbing throughout the house and made some recommendations concerning safety and identified some maintenence issue we need to rectify. We received a seniors discount equal to the cost of gst. Cost of service today was in line with other companies I've used in the past. I will call Hansen's again for future plumbing needs.
