time she was told that the bed liner was cosmetic and the truck was a 2007 with 89,510 miles. We then informed [redacted] that we would not be fixing the bed liner.Craig and Landreth had the customer drop off the truck for repairs. Then Craig and Landreth placed the customer in another vehicle during the time of repairs. The repairs were completed by [redacted] Auto repairs ([redacted]) Phone number [redacted]. The customer was then placed back Into vehicle after repairs, [redacted] called the dealership on May 4, 2016 to inform us that the air conditioner was not blowing cold,We told them no problem, bring it back in and we would have it fixed. At this point the customer's husband called in and threatens the staff. We told them we did not want them back at the dealership that we felt threatened and informed them to take it directly to [redacted] Auto repairs. Repairs have been pald for by the dealership the 1” time. Therefore no additional cost is implied. [redacted] Auto repairs are waiting for the truck to be dropped off by the customer.

drive 3,771 miles, the car was taken to [redacted]. where the problem was repaired.On September 4, 2015 Craig and Landreth Service Center looked at Mr. [redacted]'s car and determined there were no existing issues.I am sending  a copy of our service bill, and a copy of the "We Owe" which shows no keys were promised.I have tried to call Mr. [redacted] and will be happy to try in any way to help him resolve the issues at hand.[redacted]

Attached is the repair order I received from Craig & Landreth service center. In their response they stated that there were no existing issues with the car. Written on the Repair order are the details regarding Error codes that showed up when the service center ran the diagnostics tool. Counting these numbers, you can see that there are potentially 19 different things wrong with the car in question. Not to mention the fuel leak I had repaired, and the Transmission I had to have replaced.Once again, the car was advertised to me as reliable and having passed a "100-point inspection". Looking at the repair order, and with the knowledge that I've already had two separate repairs done to the car (one of which was a VERY major issue). It's easy to come to the conclusion that the initial inspection was either lackluster, or skipped over entirely. This is just blatantly poor quality control.Regarding the keys. I was told by the finance manager at the time, [redacted], That he would have a spare set of keys ready for me within a few days. This was a verbal agreement that was failed to follow through with.If the company is unwilling to compromise. I wish for my complaint to stay on the Revdex.com page for the company. So potential future customers know what they're getting into when doing business with Craig & Landreth. Poor customer service and even worse quality control are things I don't want affecting anyone who is signing a lease with this business. And hopefully this entire ordeal will be the motivation Craig & Landreth needs to improve in these areas.

In regard to complaint [redacted] I have talked to the customers and agreed to pay for half the repairs. They can call me anytime in the future at [redacted]

Complaint #[redacted] IS RESOLVED

Mr [redacted] at the dealership has sent a email to [redacted] I have also tried to cal[redacted]. IF someone will contact me at [redacted] I will see if I can resolve the situation. [redacted]

We are still  aware of MR [redacted] issue and have been looking for a similar vehicle to try to help him trade out of his current truck. We have never seen corrosion on a truck like is on his. We are not responsible for corrosion and the truck has been drove around 10,000 miles since they purchased. We do want to help because it is a very unusual situation.

I HAVE THE OLD MIRROR AND SHOULD HAVE THE REPLACMENT ANY DAY. THANKS [redacted]

Revdex.com: Telling the truth is not a nasty message and the only threats I have made is concerning legal actions, Revdex.com, KY ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. You cannot and will not take that right away. As I stated previously lies and deceit, 
II want my $100 back and I  don't care I have to take this all the way to higher courts you will not get away with your lies and deceit.

The business is supposed to be repairing/replacing the passengers side mirror, that was agreed upon by Mr. [redacted] when he spoke with [redacted], as soon as that is done than we will accept.
