physically- hes dirty not presentable, hes always scratching his front _ _ _ _ _ which so awkward to communicate
mentally- hes drunk which is so frustrating to deal with because hes not himself/mind and so the result he always FORGET what had agreed before then he will not do the job at the endhe always say it will finish or done by this date but unfortunately nothes giving bad attitude to the customer and not thinking customers always rightand mostly not never give satisfaction and guarantee
he mess up our property which is dirty and the paint leaves on the grass
and the most nerve wrecking is he threatened us lien our house! and expecting us to pay complete
in short I think hes a sm because his way is to say yes what had agreed before then later he will DENY it and so the result we paid that sm by denying what had agreed and not using the right material to do the job
