I was extremely disappointed with the service from CraftwellThey did not complete the job on timeThey wanted full payment upfront, which I refusedThey installed three pieces of glass in my showers - taking hours to do soOne piece was installed upsidedownOne was not the right sizeThey took about a month to come back and did not tell me they were coming, They called and said now or in two weeksThey said it would be two hours to replace the two pieces, but it took them hoursThey did not take any responsibility for the errors
I would NEVER recommend them
