Hi there,   We do see you spoke with a manager on our support team, but we just want to make sure you get an answer here as well. [redacted] are classes created by another company. They are not classes that Craftsy owns the rights to, they are just accessible through our platform....

Therefore we are limited by contract how we can price them. [redacted] can decide if the class isn't applicable for a steep discount, though sometimes they will have sales of their own on our site. Please do keep an eye on your e-mail for TGC-only sales.   In the past, we have left the classes available for purchase at full price and used exclusion lines alone to indicate the sale did not apply to this classes, but folks were overlooking those exclusion messages and we saw even more confusion going that route. This time we decided to try a different approach to help make the shopping experience easy and enjoyable for the highest number of members we possibly can. Please note we will also still have exclusions noted in the footers of all our promotional e-mails.
