Review: Craftsman Roofing installed a roof on my house in May 2013. I am attempting to have the Gutter Helmet removed and replaced with a Leaf Guard system for my gutters and the installers say the roof needs to be extended to work correctly. I am replacing the Gutter Helmet because it is not working correctly. I have called Craftsman Roofing at least 7 times over the past month and no one has returned my call. When I try to email them I get a message the the web page has been removed.Desired Settlement: I would like for Craftsman Roofing to return my phone calls and give me an estimate on what it will take to remedy my situation of the gutters not working correctly.
