The customer was sending emails to a former employees email and our office was not aware of the situation. Upon receiving the customers service request we addressed Ms***'s concerns. The paint was delivered and there was no issue with the electrical outlet. Thank you
I had Craftmasters perform a kitchen remodel at my house from July-November It is under a year warranty from date of completion I had contacted them at the beginning of April due to an electrical outlet buzzing and chipped paint on my cabinets I provided a video on the email I sent, and contacted them twice I had asked to be contacted by the end of April I have not been contacted The outlet has ceased buzzing, however I asked for paint to cover the chipped part I had asked for paint at the closing in November as well and was not provided with it then This is not the first time I've experienced poor professionalism and communication from the business
We had pocket insert windows installed by CraftmastersOur home is years old so it is very difficult to work on it without running into unexpected problemsA crew of came in the morning, and finished by lunchInstallation was exactly as described by the sales forceNot a hitchThe home inspector came the next day and looked it over quite well, no problems with himWe're satisfied and the inspector is satisfiedNot a splinter or crack on year old moldings that had to be removed and then returned to their original positionThey cleaned up as they went, and after completion of the jobI don't have a negative anywhere

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. i was happy to finally hear something from Craftmasters and hope they learn how to forward previous employees' emails to their mailbox so other customers are able to have an easier warranty process if needed. Thanks for getting me the paint for the cabinet, and giving me extra if necessary for a larger repair!
