Crafter's Dream

I have read several bad reviews about Crafter's Dream (more like Nightmare!) but unfortunately I had already ordered before checking the reviews I had never had any trouble with any other company or individual that I had ordered from so I guess I expected the same good customer service with Crafter's Dream Well I will try to be more careful from now on I placed an order on December 3rd and of course the money (over $50) was immediately taken off my credit card I've been waiting and waiting and all I've seen on my account are the words Awaiting Fulfillment! As some of you already know, the people who work at Crafter's Dream do not answer their phones, respond to phone messages or answer e-mails I have informed my credit card company and the competent people there have been working to get my money refunded In the meantime, though, I have been charged a second time for about the same amount and after seeing that on my bank statement, I will once again have to alert my credit card company and my bank Please learn from my mistake I wouldn,t want any other person to lose money and get nothing but headaches in return! There are good reputable companies out there whose employees really care about their customers but please check each one out before letting them get your money

I have also had a very bad experience with Crafters Dream, they took my money, but no product to date The order says awaiting fulfillment and I have tried phoning ( but message says number not available) also e-mailing with no luck What a rip off, never before happened to me with other companies
