Review: The item that I purchased was a 3 piece flower die cut plate. The seller [redacted] was to have it produced in China and distribute it to us. She had us pay for the product in the amount of $77.03 on September 24 2013. Shipping would then be due when they came in. They arrived to her on April 19, 2014. I paid the shipping on June 22, 2014. She was supposed to have shipped these on July 18 2014. The tracking number through USPS ([redacted])that she gave me never showed any movement. On August 1, 2014 she refunded my shipping, but refused to give me a refund on the product.The seller stated that I had to repay my shipping, because she had refunded it, because I had made a claim through paypal, because she had not shipped it???I stated that I did not want the product any longer and wanted a full refund. She refused because the product was sitting there ready to ship, even though she had just refunded my shipping, and told me previously that it had shipped on July 18th ????I would like a refund in the amount of 77.03Desired Settlement: Refund in the amount of $77.03 USD
