They want me to apologize to them? ? I have the email from the screenshot provided, and have attached my response from the July [redacted] email, which like my phone calls went ignored? To this date, per their request we set our Twitter settings to private for 2-days and over two weeks later we are unable to change those settings as we get bombarded with inappropriate followers - which all began when we agreed to do service with them? This has had a severe impact on our LOB and ability to use social media for marketing and sale purposes, not to mention the damage they have done to our brand? ? ? ? There has been much correspondence between our company Customer Support Team and the CustomerWe have expressed several times that we understand the complaint and have made every possible effort to rectify the issueAttached you will find confirmation from our Support Team that on July **, 2017,
we have put a stop to our servicesOnce an order is cancelled, our system instantly stops delivery of servicesThis resulted in an end to the increase of followers to the corresponding Twitter accountAny other followers that are added to the customer account are not provided by our companyThose services have been cancelledIn addition to ending our services as requested, a full refund in the amount of $has been reimbursed to compensate for the inconvenience.
