We had the Crack Wizard make repairs to our basement in March of 2013. The repairs have a lifetime guarantee that was part of the sales contract which I can produce. In February 2018, I noticed that it was leaking water. I have called repeated, someone has come out and said that yes, a repair is warranted. After much stalling, someone finally came out, and put some caulking in. His repair took all of 15 minutes and then shortly after he left, the wall started leaking again. I called back, many more times. Finally we arranged for a time in the middle of June--he claimed he was too busy to come out. He promised to call back, which he never did, so I called him back, four days later. Again another appointment was made. Prior to the last scheduled appointment, it rained a significant amount. I called and canceled. I have been dealing with this for four months. I finally chose to use another contractor who fixed the problem (while it was wet) and I haven't had a leak since.

I have been working with this company and they haven't fixed the problem they have been here a couple of times but it takes so many calls to them and they tell me they will call back they don't are set a appointment and them cancel it.
