owes a balance of $since December 2015(see attachments)Kamco Medical in good faith tried to help this customer by ordering her a chair upfront before any payment was received in which her insurance company denied payment for the wheelchairWe were informed by *** *** that she would pay for the wheelchair out of pocket, several invoices have been sent with no payment received to date.In July 2016, she said the head rest was not working, although having the chair since December *** *** and MrW*** (Director) made an agreement that she would go through another provider to get another wheelchair to satisfy her needs, and Kamco Medical would pickup out chairWe have been more than accommodating toallow her the use of the chair while she finds another provider without any compensation.We have gone above and beyond in assisting this patient, we are taking a lost because we have not received any payments for the chair prior to anything going wrong with itKamco's position is we would like to redeem our chair so she may go through another provider as previously agreed.Kamco Medical
