C&R Water Supply

This company takes advantage of its location and availability considering residents in the area have no other choice. They charge ridiculous fees and cannot give a decent explanation for them. We didn't receive a bill or a late/disconnect fee for the month and were told the mail carrier must be putting them in the wrong box. I understand once, but twice? It would make sense to me that a company re-evaluate their addresses and mailing system when they get two return-to-senders back from the same address. Of course that would make too much sense. We have only been using this company for a month, yet our services have been disconnected twice for a reason they couldn't explain, yet we were expected to pay a reconnection fee both times. The customer service staff is an absolute nightmare, not to mention the "manager" whose mouth doesn't speak of lick of nice. She couldn't even give us location of our meter/box! You are always answered rudely, spoken over and my favorite, told "excuse you". There is no excuse for this kind of behavior! This company is taking full advantage of the residing area. No wonder they have to sit behind protective glass! How does a company explain all of the following reviews? I don't single a single one that says anything positive about this company.
