I am sorry that this is still unresolved she is correct I did not offer to tow it back to my shop when I was told it left the customer stranded I was told that the only offer I was getting from the customer was that I could purchase the vehicle from her for the original deposit She told me to think about it and get back to herand if I did not accept that offer then she would go on to what she believed her next step was I responded that I did not want the vehicle after considering it when the customer picked up the car originally I stated that if there were any problems or the check engine light came on to contact me right away so that I could determine what the problem was I already discounted the invoice because of the dispute over the cost of parts even though I had the additional parts approved by the customer before doing the work and as stated in my previous response I will gladly send another copy of the receipts over or have new ones printed for themAgain I am sorry that this customer is upset with the service that I provided
In response to Eagy Automotive's statement, At no time did he offer to have the car towed back to him He knew of the situation (that the car totally died and left [redacted] stranded) when I offered to have him give [redacted] back his initial deposit and [redacted] would then sign over the title Also yes he did let [redacted] use his personal car which he asked back after days Also it took him over days to come up with any receipts which I stated before are not legible At this point I just want this report to go on record that this repair shop is less than reputable Thank you
