As a customer the customer service is extremely unprofessional, they have no people skills nor do the employees interact well with each other . The office manager has poor people skills when it comes to customer service and has no respect for fellow team members. The company has toxic work environment especially when you walk into the company you can feel and see it with the employees and the way to talk to each other.

defective mirror glass plates that have been replace 3 times in 3 years.
I have a mirror with 3 beveled mirror glass plates that were installed on 6/4/10. On July 11, 2012, the plates were replaced when they went bad. I called the company, C R Laurence, & followed up with an email on June 20, 2012. When they finally responded after I had to follow up with them they stated that nobody had ever complained about them and that I had to go back to the glass company. I did. They replaced the plates, free of charge. This year one of the plates went bad again. This time I had to pay for it. I want my money back & I want the [redacted] E. [redacted], CEO that his products are inferior.
