Mr***'s job was completed on time as per contractWhen we are doing the job, we noticed some issues with Deck Stairs ( unsafe and Homeowner had cordoned off Deck) I offered to fix the problem at no costI also offered to fix rotted rake at no costThis work was not part of the Contract and Homeowner was not charged for thisWe did take about days to go back and do this work at " No Charge "Homeowner states that there is oil stains on Driveway, our trucks are new and there are not leaksThis was never mentioned to [redacted] when balanced was paidHis only request was that we finish the "No Charge" part of the jobWe completed the extra work at no cost to the CustomerThroughout the job, Mr [redacted] called the office several times, telling us how to do the job, and he was very disrespectful to the office staffAs for nails on Driveway, we performed daily magnetic clean up, on occasion after Dumpster is removed there may be some minimal debris under the Dumpsterif we are notified of any Debris, we go backWe were never notified of any problem until we received this noticeIf you have any other questions, please call the office at [redacted] Thank you
