This member signed month to month membership on 2/*/He signed a contract which stated that the "annual club enhancement fee" is $but it also stated that "Synergy reserves the right to add,alter or modify fees for products or services sold at its own discretion" ( on the back of the
contract 6.**)This fee has to be paid even if the membership is under freeze or suspended but this member never suspended his membership anywayAfter months of non payment members are sent to collection agencyOur system has automated email service and members are responsible to update their informationWe are sorry for the inconvenienceSynergy Fitness

 The last communication prior to the complaint that I had with the gym, was that they would ask the manager if a full...

refund was possible. Since then, I have received a text saying I have been assigned a new trainer despite me saying that I no longer wanted to work with their trainers. I then said that if a full refund was not possible, I would also be willing to accept that the money be applied to my gym membership instead. Since then all they have said is, are you sure you don't want a trainer? I said no and have not heard back since.
