CPR Cell Phone Repair St. George

I brought my HP Laptop into this company because I could not get into Windows.
The company told me they could reset the password for $80.
I left my laptop for several hours and they then called and said they had success and had reset the password.
Before leaving my Laptop with then we discussed that I did not want to restore my laptop to factory settings because I would lose everything on my computer. The technician assured me that he would only restore the password.
When I picked up the laptop I paid the #80 and took it home to find it was empty and he indeed had restored the computer to the factory settings.
I went back the next day and the technician was very rude, and told me basically I was wrong and all he did was reset the password.
I want my money back because if I would of started my laptop before I paid him, he would of never gotten paid.
We had discussed the issue of restoring the computer and we was very aware that this is not what I wanted.
