This customer came in on 7/1/and had his phone repaired, (his phone had a broken screen) We repaired the phone and everything worked perfectly when he picked it up On 7/17/he return and the screen was broken again, S [redacted] explained that a broken screen is not covered under warranty, and even offered a discount to try and make him happy He was not happy with that solution, he said that he had not dropped the phone and that it was a cheep part and broke on its own (we use premium parts screen don't just break on there on) He asked to speak to the owner, I was out of the country at the time, s [redacted] contacted me and I called him the following day, he wanted the repair for free, I offered to repair it for $which is below my cost just to make him happy, but nothing short of free will make him happy I don't know what else I can do help He attached a copy of his receipt with his complaint which clearly states that its a limited lifetime warranty and it explains limited, that it does not include any breakage, damage or liquid intrusion We have a very high rating from our customers and go above and beyond to keep them happy, but in this case I have done all I canThank youJanet
