*** [redacted] *** [redacted] To: "[email protected]" Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] , This past week, I received a phone call from the business owner of CPR The owner was quite surprised to receive notice from the Revdex.com of a complaint She was more than willing to remediate my problem anyway she could She also apologized for the negative experience I had during my repair She explained that the Ft Collins store Cell Phone Repair (CPR) had lost several of its longtime technicians, when I came in for a phone repair (just my luck) She said she would assign one of her Lead Technicians to my problem (and must have) About two days after I dropped-off the phone I received a call from a Technician (***) that the phone was ready He had basically rebuilt the phone using parts from another one, and had it completely tested I now have an operating phone, with a new screen, maybe working better than before Thank your help resolving this problem and following up on my initial complaint I consider this complaint resolved Thank you for being there for us Consumers I am not sure how or if any of this would have happened without your help I appreciate you and your organization Best Regards, [redacted]

[redacted]Dear Revdex.com, [redacted], Yes, I spoke with the Owner of CPR, who is more than willing to resolve this matter. The phone is now at their Service Center (shop). Yet, it maybe some time until this is completely resolved, thus I would not consider this case “closed”, just yet. Thank you,[redacted] [redacted] “In the end, it’s not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away!” (Author Unknown.)

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted],
This past week, I received a phone call from the business owner of CPR. The owner was quite surprised to receive notice from the Revdex.com of a complaint. She was more than willing to remediate my problem anyway she could. She also apologized for the negative experience I had during my repair. She explained that the Ft Collins store Cell Phone Repair (CPR) had lost several of its longtime technicians, when I came in for a phone repair (just my luck). She said she would assign one of her Lead Technicians to my problem (and must have).
About two days after I dropped-off the phone I received a call from a Technician ([redacted]) that the phone was ready. He had basically rebuilt the phone using parts from another one, and had it completely tested. I now have an operating phone, with a new screen, maybe working better than before.
Thank your help resolving this problem and following up on my initial complaint. I consider this complaint resolved. Thank you for being there for us Consumers. I am not sure how or if any of this would have happened without your help. I appreciate you and your organization.
Best Regards,
