If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered] I am rejection such response because I will not tolerate any business taking advantage of a young customers whom they can easily manipulate into extra charges. They broke the screen then wants us to pay him to fix it? Not very experienced phone techs if they have to brake the phone to work on it? Shut the doors if not profitable don't rip people off. No idea what happened to door?I will proceed foward with legal action along with my complaint with the state and corporation commission.Thank you
