Review: Cumminsperformanceparts.com ("CPP") is a distributor for [redacted], a large manufacturing company. I ordered [redacted] parts through the cumminsperformanceparts.com website on 12/30/13. My credit card was charged 1/3/14. The parts were supposed to be drop shipped directly from [redacted] to myself. After not receiving the items for three weeks, I attempted to contact CPP with no success. CPP does not respond to any calls or e-mails. I contacted [redacted] to see if CPP ever placed the order to drop ship to me. [redacted] has not received the order from CPP, nor can [redacted] reach anyone at CPP either. Long story short, CPP took my money and has not acted on the order and will not respond to any calls or e-mails from myself or [redacted]. CPP Posted phone numbers are ###-###-#### and ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: Ship the parts that I paid for next day air at CPP expense.

This case did happen before I got here from what I can tell the customer did email us few times and he did get a response. The item came up at zero dollars at check out and the customer was given the items at cost and no shipping. There was a slight back order issue on the BD item and I do see where they send him a email letting him know but no response from the customer just a hit with the Revdex.com rights.. CPP Diesel
Review: I made an purchase from this company for $87.80. The company charged my credit card before shipping the product. A few days later I received an email stating that they are waiting for the product to be shipped directly from the vendor and they did not know when that would be. I called the vendor and they had it in stock and said they could ship to me anytime. I canceled my order with CPP and ordered from the manufacturer. CPP has not given back my money they charged me. I have called many times during their business hours and no one answers. I have sent emails and no one responds.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card credited back the $87.80

The customer made a purchase from us on March 18th 2016. We submitted the order and was told the item needed to drop ship and our warehouse did not have a ship date at this time. The customer wanted to cancel the order. We cancelled the order and issued a credit in the full amount of the order.
