Review: my husband had a life insurance policy with [redacted] and it was for $12,000.00 dollars and by the time he died it went to $5100.00 dollars. no one told him that the insurance had or was going to decrease in value. my husband told me before he died on may 5.2011 that my insurance policy was $12,000.00. but they gyped me and now I owe 25000. for the rest of the funeral are they allowed to drop in value without tell the customer. my husband was 79 when he died. . need help. this is not fair. he worked for [redacted] and retired from them. they never contacted him. funeral was 7700.00 still owe differnce.Desired Settlement: pay the full amount tome. never convey it to me or my spouse. they can do that to anyone. it is not right.
