Review: We invited [redacted] to make an estimate for tree trimming and putting flagstones on backyard area. He said the area is 250 sq.ft. On 3/11/15 he emailed the estimate for tree trimming $250, and prep work for pavers $410(+ tax). On 3/25 his crew trimmed the tree, dug the area, and installed gravel and sand. They took out half of sand as the level of surface was too high. After that [redacted] disappeared, and did not answer on our phone calls. On Apr.2 he emailed and offered a flagstone installation on Apr.6 which did not work for us and we asked for the next day. No reply from him until Apr.11 when he emailed and ended his message with "...if you would like to finish on your own that is fine". We were done with this type of service and asked to send us a bill (#[redacted] from 4/29/15 $657.64). During the installation on our own we realized that the area is actually 180 sq.ft. In email from Apr.30 we asked [redacted] to reduce the cost of used materials and labor accordingly. He did not reply. We re-counted on our own, and on May 7 sent him a copy of his invoice with our explanations on it and a check #[redacted] in the amount of $550. [redacted] refuses to reduce the amount and threatens to put lien on our property. Nevertheless to mention that there are no apologies whatsoever for this poor service.Desired Settlement: We would send another check for $50 and forget about C.P.C. Landscape forever.

I had My wife Close there account once I deposited check and In doing so agreed with there final payment. I thought this issue was resolve once they would have seen that I deposited the check. I am sorry for any miscommunication on my part for this job. We would have loved to do this job for them. Home owner was insistent on picking out the product , and the supplier would not put on hold for them till I could pick it up. Not sure why they would not but I did call them about this and they said that they cannot hold stuff. So I asked if I could just go pick it out myself ( which is what I normally do ) and bring it to there job and do install and I said if that would not work for them then we could just get paid for the part of the job we did do and they could finish. It was a relatively smaller job but we treat them all the same but I did not have time to try and figure out the Matterial thing. When some one does not want to pay me for work that was done it does frustrate me but I closed there account when check was deposited. Thanks
