Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response for reasons: 1) I will not withdraw my complaint, because I want the complaint to remain on the record 2) I believe the only reason CPA Valet reimbursed me for the replacement key they lost is because I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com 3) They have never apologized for losing my key and all of the inconvenience that resulted They have only apologized for the breakdown with their internal communication processes Thank you to the Revdex.com for facilitating resolution of this matter At this point, there is no need for further action However, I repeat, I do not withdraw my complaint Sincerely, [redacted]

Our check *** for $was sent to *** *** and it cleared our bank on 2-26-The payment was sent late due to mon our end and for that we apologizeNow that our check has been received and cashed, I would appreciate this complaint be withdrawnThank you
