CPA Excel

Received poor customer service. They were avoiding phone calls and messages. I had to call from another line for them to pick up. Saturday morning I received issues with the software. I wanted to speak with tech support and called there only customer support line. I recieved what seemed they were hanging up the line to avoid talking to me. I called numerous times with the same result. I called Monday with the same issue. I then dialed from my work line and they answered. However, the tone in the voice was not pleasant.
