Response to Complaint [redacted] The customer called and stated a Home Inspection was performed on his residenceThe inspector stated that a piece of plywood was damaged and deteriorated from the undersidePictures sent by customer show condensation stainsCustomer stated there is attic access in this portion of the atticIn our contract it was stated that we would replace any damaged and or rotten plywood at an additional cost per pieceAt the time of install two pieces were found in need of replacement and were replaced at that timeThe homeowner has not reported any leaks in the roof that would have caused any damageCustomer never shared any reports from any other companies regarding work that had to be done WE HAVE MOVED!
