I ordered from this company and never received the product. I have contacted them numerous times and they never respond

On May ***, 2020 I placed and order for a Military style watch with a paracord wrist band, it is now June *** and I still have not received the item.

Will not return emails, voice-mails, Twitter messages. I orderd 2 face masks from cozzoo and they will not provide any information about my order. No way to cancel order or get a refund as they dont return calls, or answer calls or respond to emails. I placed my order on 5/

I ordered a bike seat on 4//20. It still hasn't been delivered and it is June ***, 2020. I would like a refund of my $47.13 that was promptly charged to my card when I placed my order. Cozzoo is unresponsive to emails sent to their "customer service" email. All you get is a very general email reply that your email has been "correctly received". Truth be told, they have no customer service. I've emailed twice and called them once. I've done my due diligence with no reply so I would like a refund of my money.
