kittens health. This document was sent via [redacted] as well by email. The owner of the business accepted the [redacted] document but then returned it to [redacted] the very next day stating she refuses to accept the document. The owner is taking absolutely no accountability for this complaint and is purposely ignoring and blocking any contact via the Revdex.com, and official documentation sent by my vet via [redacted]. This business is breaking new york State lemon laws as well as the pet breeder licensing laws set forth by the new york agricultural and markets board. We have had no contact from the seller and have not made any contact with the seller in over a month. All business has been conducted professionally and within legal statutes set forth by the new york State laws.  Sincerely,
