they have not yet finished the job and they are not repairing according to the written agreement.  The job remains incomplete and they refuse to resolve according to their original written commitment.  While I understand that there is only so much you can do, I do request that this unresolved issue become public record.

Mr. Cox did a great job with our long driveway. He is honest and pricing is very fair. Just be paitent with the time he might take in getting back to you during the warmer months. He is constantly busy and in demand, but worth the wait. Friends we referred him to were just as happy.

Review: Cox was hired to seal and repair a standing water issue on my driveway. The standing water remains a problem and in heavy rains is actually worse than before they did the original work. Never before have I had water in my garage, now after their "repair" water comes into the garage. Cox committed in writing via email in November 2013 to repair this at no cost to me but the work is still not done. They are extremely slow to respond to email or non responsive at all, they do not return my phone calls and have been unwilling to commit to a repair date. We are almost at the end of asphalt season and I fear will go another year without any resolutionDesired Settlement: I want the work completed per their commitment in writing, which I still have. I want it scheduled immediately and when it suits my schedule so that I can be here to ensure the resolution is completed to my satisfaction.
