I received only a very limited response from the back office of the business via email
and still on their website there has been no update to the status of the applicationAfter spending hours trying to get someone on the phone - I was able to connect with someone in their back office in India where it was indicated that the application had moved forward; however no formal apologies nor a confirmed written response/status update has come forth from the business
