Cox plumbing and electric provided "service" to my home in Morgan County, TN Sept28, They came back times to finish a job My total agreed upon cost for connecting the house to an existing meter and setting a power pole, as well as connecting a septic system feet to the house was $ When he showed up, he said he needed $to do the job ! ! The ac did not function but he refused to check why---the electric was not connected under the house A heat and air man charged a service fee, travel fee, labor and $in parts (those little twisty wire connectors must be $each now) It was a minute fix! when connecting a pipe under the house, a water pipe was cut! Cox plumbing and electric provided "service" to my home in Morgan County, TN Sept. 28, 2015. They came back 2 times to finish a job. My total agreed upon cost for connecting the house to an existing meter and setting a power pole, as well as connecting a septic system 60 feet to the house was $1200.00. When he showed up, he said he needed $1500.00 to do the job ! !
The ac did not function but he refused to check why---the electric was not connected under the house. A heat and air man charged a service fee, travel fee, labor and $60.00 in parts (those little twisty wire connectors must be $20.00 each now). It was a 10 minute fix!

When trenching for the underground cable, a water line was cut. They fixed it. However, the water company has issued me a water leak warning. Three weeks later, Cox came to check it, only after finally talking to his wife and telling her I would take legal steps, and then he said it's not his problem. So I checked and tested my automatic water tanks. Not leaking. The past few weeks, It has rained regularly and I have not been able to definitively pinpoint the leak.
