Cowtown Paintball Park

So we pre purchased tickets back in March to have a family trip to CowtownSo after sending an email days in advance, calling on the day of after 6pm(since that was the operating hrs) only to hear a voicemail several times, we take our 1hr 10min trip to have funWhen we arrive excited to paintball WE WERE TURNED AWAY!!!
The guy at the window said there was a special event with a dealership I think *** and they were not letting anyone else who was not with the group inHe goes on to say the information was on the website, voicemail, and the girl who never answered our calls was letting people know as wellWell since I am a planner I know his information was INCORRECTI checked the website several times before and never saw any updates pass March 2014, I never received an email stating of any certain event, and the voicemail that I got several times never stated of any eventSo its crazy that a business would blatantly lie and turn away customers who had to drive over an hr to get thereI will make sure every blog knows about our terrible experience and I hate that I have prepurchased tix that I cant give back!!
