Great company and service
I don’t usually fill out reviews for companies, but I have had a great experience with Cowboys RV Mart. So I think it deserves to be told loud and clear. My experience started with a young man who greeted me at the door with a smile and a quality hand shake. His name is Sheldon a fine young man who is the salesman for Cowboys RV Mart. We all know that handshakes aren’t what they use to be. One use to be judged in the old days by a firm handshake and a smile. I guess I just gave away my age.
At any rate it is rare these days that the quality and customer treatment exceeds ones expectations. The young sales man was professional and polite as I took my daughter from RV to RV trying to make a decision on which one we wanted. I am sure we tried his patience but it never showed.
Sheldon went way out of his way to make sure the RV had everything I needed. Not just pushing to make a sale. I believe the folks at Cowboys RV Mart are the genuine article and that other RV places could learn a thing or two from them.
Well after I finally choose the RV I wanted and when the time came for the closing of the deal. Well what a deal it was. What a great experience. I would highly recommend Cowboys RV Mart to anyone serious about buying a RV. Well done guys well done.
