Entered a contract with the company to rent my timeshare in Mexico They partnered with [redacted] and [redacted] Affiliates in Franklin WI, to act as the closing agent for the rental After several months and numerous money wires to a bank in Mexico the contract was canceled by the renter [redacted] said was wanting to rent my timeshare At the time of cancellation I was notified in an e-mail that in addition to getting all the money I had deposited in the bank in Mexico, I would also receive a cancellation amount from the proposed renter This did not happen because I was told the Mexican S.A.Thad filed a lien on the cancellation and was asking for more money I was given the choice of paying the tax and immediately getting my money or waiting for a review from the Mexican S.A.T which could take up to days I decided not to pay the tax on the cancellation and asked the Mexican S.A.Tto verify the e-mail I received from the Mexican S.A.Tagent

This company is a fraudulent realtor trying to say that they will sell your timeshare for you I spent several months working with them as they had much correct documentation and claimed to be US working company They set it up to where if they did not close the deal that they would give your investment back The "investment" is closing costs plus any other monies owed on your property Then they will ask you for certain percentages and tell you if you walk away from the deal that you will owe them money ALL FALSIFIED!!! This company is led by Salvatore ***, and Trey *** and they claim to work with a closing company that is called *** * *** *** that are based out of Franklin Wisconsin Also Fraudulent! The sale price of my property was $of which I have unfortunately invested 11K and did not receive a dime of it back This company continues to stay live! Please advise all who are looking to sell a time share that they are not legitimate companies
