we have attempted to contact cowboy chicken locally and the main corporate officeafter several emails and phone calls we received an email asking for a copy of the receipt were we ate therewe provided the receipt and since then we have not received a refund and attempts to contact the local franchisee have been unsuccessfulwe wanted a refund due to the horrible food and the foul odor that came from the spinach and the mac n cheesethe entire experience left a bad taste in our mouth the day we ate there; as well as trying to get a refundthis is a pathetic excuse for a restaurant and we will NEVER eat there againwe want a refund of $for foul smelling food and poor servicethe corporation could refund us a bit more due to the pathetic food and customer service Product_Or_Service: chicken
