I had an unfavorable experience with Noelle R After engaging in a telephone conference, a long email thread and receiving a voicemail from me in which my full name was stated and documented, she addressed me by the wrong name. When I brought it to her attention that she called me by an incorrect name, she did not apologize and found excuses to justify her lack of accountability. Another thing is that before I even submitted an application, Noelle R verbally declined servicing me. Noelle R demonstrated a lack of professionalism, soft skills and responsibility as a representative of a professional liability company. I felt that she lacked value for a potential customer and did not create an atmosphere where I felt safe to invest in this company. As a medical professional, I feel it is important to feel that a liability insurance company representative needs to demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability and Noelle R did a poor job in representing her company well.
