Shane was awesome I had water on the floor surrounding my inside A/C unit and Shane juggled his schedule to address the problem as quickly as possible and did not charge me for the quick drain cleaning he performed! We've used Shane and Sons before for preventative maintenance and will go back to them without hesitation in the future
