Coverall Takes advantage of the franchise owners by selling us service accounts that they themselves can retainCoverall national accounts department is the worst , even when they lose it they still charge the franchise owner the full price by taking it out of our monthly statement I feel that I work for them instead of being a business owner
Cleaning service was inconsistent to poor. Onus is on the customer to ensure quality service is provided. Billing was consistently inaccurate. Contract requires 15 day period for company to cure poor service and then 30 day notice of cancellation if issues are not resolved. Paying 30 extra days for poor service is unconscionable. Coverall looks out for their own interests, not the customers. Quickly jump to 'customer is in breach of contract' if there is a disagreement. Very bad experience for our organization this year.

Service Agreement. [redacted] is no longer providing services to the customer, and as a sign of good faith, Coverall will issue a credit to the customer in the disputed amount of $255.00. We trust this will resolve this complaint. If you have any questions, please contact me at ###-###-####. Thank you.
Review: Coverall is under contract to clean a medical doctor office two times per week. The cleaning is not performed. The service providers lie about cleaning. There have been numerous attempts to correct this cleaning issue. The designated employee does not perform the services.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for services not received.
I would like others to be aware of the lack of services provided by Coverall.
