Coverall Cleaning

Review: During the month of March '14, Coverall has not shown to clean our office on their regularly scheduled day three weeks in a row, nor did they call us to advise they were not coming to clean. We had to call them. They did provide services two of those weeks but not when we needed them; cleaning had to be done by our office staff ourselves before patients were seen. An emergency number is on file with Coverall for instances like this...no phone calls from them ever!!! With this in mind, we asked for compensation of one month's cleaning service...Representative advised she had to check on this and get back to me. As of today, we still have no definitive answer to this. Also we decided to terminate our contract with Coverall on March 24. Again, to this day, no refund of the $176.55 we automatically get charged to our credit card and no return of our office keys. Most of the communication has been via email. The return of phone calls from Coverall does not happen.

A phone call was left to the Office Manager on 3/27/14 also; no return call was made to our office. We tried to reach the Emergency phone number. The mailbox for this number has not yet been set upDesired Settlement: Credit for the amount of $176.55 on our credit card and return our keys immediately
