Cover All Blinds and Shades

On or about January 15th we used the consumer site at Anglie's List to obtain a vendor for blind installation. We used on of Anglies List screened and approved vendors.. ***, the owner of Cover All Blinds immediately within minutes of my inquiry phoned me and we discussed that my Mother, *** was remodeling her home and needed blinds, her scheduled an appointment for 1/18/2020 and at that time we placed an order with Mr. and gave him a check for a 50% deposit in the amount of $642.00 which he deposit of 1/21/2020. We have sense made hundreds of phone calls to the number of XXX-XXX-XXXX with no answer. We have left text messages and even visit the address on the business card with is a home residence. His father answered the door and said that he did not know how to contact Mr.. Mrs. is 92 years old and feels that she was taken advantage of due to her age. She is requested her money back but cannot reach the vendor to do so. We have contacted Angies List over a dozen times and they keep telling us to file a consumer complaint which we have.Angie's List has not made any attempt to resolve our issue of non performance from one of their approved vendors. Mrs. Humphries at this time is requesting her full refund.An

I hired this 'company? from Home Advisor to install solar blinds on my sliding glass doors in living room
After paying a deposit of $749.00 charged to my visa we waited 3 weeks for the blinds
After calling *** the owner numerous times he never returned my messages
I got suspicious so I called my credit card company to cancel.
I found out that yesterday *** charged another $2100.00 on my card without my knowledge and permission
The cost of the blinds according to contract was $1400.00 plus tax
So the fact that he used my card for his own financial gain is fraudulent
I cancelled the credit card so that he cannot continue this criminal activity
Please alert others so they do not have to endure what I had to
