The situation was that Ms*** spoke directly to Armstrong and was directed as to what she could useShe then called Coventry Lumber and places an order for what she wantedAs it turned out it was the wrong material and Armstrong would not take it backWe did not select the material being used
we were directed by the customer as to what she wanted.On the day that we received your written complaint we had finally convinced Armstrong to take the material back and issue creditOn the same day we issued credit to the customer
