Review: I signed up for Heath coverage thru Coventry. I was told upon signing up for this insurance, that my daily medicine would covered. After realizing really quick that this wasn't true, I was told to get a doctors pre authorization/ brand specific note. In which I did, and still was denied the medicine. Most recently my doctor called Coventry and was told I had to try 3 different medications and report the side affect before they would approve the medicine I've been taking for 17 years. Not only has this taken over a week, no one seems to have the answer why I can't have my medicine, or a valid argument. My doctor has assured me that she has never heard of something like this.Desired Settlement: Fix your broken system, instead of trying to save a dollar. Give me the medication I'm required to take.
