Coven Haircraft

Let me preface my complaint by saying *** is definitely a talented hair artist. I had a bad hair color experience with her on December 27 which I requested a refund for. By the time she responded on 1-2 offering to fix it, I had already put box color on my hair to cover it up because I had events to attend that weekend and felt I could not be seen in public with how my hair looked. She suggested I wait to see how the color washed out before she could see me again. I made the appointment for 1-18 but she wanted to wait a little longer, so on 2-5 I booked an appointment for 2-14 at 4:30pm. I was excited all day, then at 3:09pm she had to cancel my appointment. She would not reschedule me the following day, and said she was booked the following week. In my professional experiences, if a stylist has to cancel they try to re-book early, on their lunch break, later, on their day off- something... All she did was offer to give me some names of local stylists she trusts. I felt blown off, led on, and betrayed after waiting since December. She apologized for how I felt, then blocked me on social media from following her hair stylist page. My request for a refund stands.
