A few people in the community say that DrB*** is a good vet yet I wouldn't really knowHis secretary or whatever she is (the person that answers the phone) is very rude and disrespectfulMy boyfriend called three weeks ago to get a appointment scheduled for our dog to get his shotsA few days later he had to call back and cancel the appointment due to a death in his familyHe cancelled the appointment two days before the actual appointmentWhen he cancelled the rude person that answered the phone said well if you cant make your appointments with us, we cant help you and abruptly hung up the phone on him! From that point on we decided we will never call Cove Veterinary again for anything ever again in the futureWe will take our dog and business to a place that actually gives a damn

My boyfriend called three weeks ago to get a appointment scheduled for our dog to get his shots. A few days later he had to call back and cancel the appointment due to a death in his family. He cancelled the appointment two days before the actual appointment.
