***Please view attached document [redacted] To Revdex.com, We are writing as the new owner of Couture Nails and Spa in Seattle,WA to address the complaint lodged by [redacted] , case number [redacted] [redacted] came in with a gift certificate (manicure and pedicure service} issued last year by the prior ownerThe certificate does not have an expiration date, nor any type of barcode or reference numberWe informed Ms [redacted] that we were unable to honor her gift certificate because the previous owner issued it without letting us how many are left unredeemed, nor did she gave us any reference or barcode number to match with those unredeemed Gift certificatesI further explained to Ms[redacted] , that If we honored her gift certificate it would be an income loss to us, as the previous owner did not reimburse us for past certificates (before June 1,2015) issuedThe previous owner has cut all ties with the business, after she sold it to us on June 1, I also would like to address the remark Ms[redacted] madeI quote, "He also had the customers tell me to come back because I was taking time away from them (even though I had an appointment)." We make it a point to treat all our customers with respect and would never go out of line to speak to our customers, as stated aboveIt is true some customers raised their voices at [redacted] on their own accord, due to the fact that she was being disruptive and unpleasant inside the salon We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Ms[redacted] On this note because of the nature of the situation, we will honor Ms [redacted] 's gift certificate at a $discount of the total price Sincerely, Vinh B [redacted] Couture Nails & Spa
