I am rejecting this response because: We paid for...
packing the dishes in double thickness boxes with two layers of packing. We found our dishes in single layer boxes with one layer of packing, I feel cheated because of the resulting dish breakage. I feel intimidated with a newly minted bill for service already paid. You win, but I caution other customers to be wary of trusting getting what is paid for from this company.

[redacted] called us on 3/18 and informed us she had filed a complaint against us with the Revdex.com. This was the first we had heard of it. I always respond to Revdex.com complaints immediately for obvious reasons. [redacted] was not charged the amount she quoted in her statement. She was...
charged the 2 hour minimum plus the standard one hour travel, just as she was quoted.She paid $395 for her move. There will be no refunds offered.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] at the telephone number he provided. at 9:10 this morning. He was not available, so I explained I was calling in response to his message and asked that he call me back. At 9:35, I received a call from Antonio with All My Son's who knew nothing about our claim. I asked him to let Mr. [redacted] know that I wanted to speak with him directly. As of now (approx. 4:50 PM), I have not heard from Mr. [redacted]. Does not appear to be eager to resolve this matter.

There were issues because the shipment was moved into storage and the damage was not reported in the required 90 days. We would ask that Mr. [redacted] reach out to our claims dept at [redacted] and start the claims process and we will honor the claim. We apologize for the delay in getting...

response because: Mr. [redacted] did not send the $95.00 he promised until Revdex.com got in touch with him (have not received it as of today). He is now threatening me.
